It is Not Islamabad Not Pindi, it is new Location see location on Google, DHA valley Islamabad had worst performance when they bought Land from Bahria phase 10, a Barron land with no water and not on level [ Tila, Tibba] almost impossible to develop. More over and overlap dispute with Dadocha dam [Under planning] However DHA Phase 1 and 2 possession area is at good price and safe it should grow once investors get interested. But again it is distant area, Not in Circle of Pindi and far away from Islamabad [28 KM from Markaz] Average plot for Kanal in DHA Phase 2 proper is 80 to 90 Lac, which have 1000+ Houses and nicely developed |
