Dear Mr. CMY sb,

Sorry for posting again this for the purpose of listening from Mr. CMY sb. on this issue and many thanks to Mr. Jameel for early response

Can you please give your opinion on the land in between ex air avenue Q Block and phase 8 proper which is also i think belong to eden society as depicted by DHA map of phase 8. now a days there is also a very beautiful park covered by high walls which is said to be of chaudhary Arshad of eden as i asked one of the security guard there. i am saying this as park not private farmhouse bcz if we look in google earth there is jogging track and beutiful landscaping work inside there. some people say it also belong to army. On the other side of this park there is phase 8 proper U block. is it good to hold plot on this boundary of the park or private farm house.? your input is needed please.

Mr. Habib and Shahzad sb are also requested to please give their feedback if they are aware of this area in between air avenue and phase 8 proper,and i am sure they are. thanks

Dear Sir,
I already highlighted, A Road will lead from air Avenue to DHA 8 Proper, If You see Google Images in That area, there is Outline of main round About, near Gerveyard. High tension wires will bisect this Round About and will lead to Grid at the Boundary of DHA 8 Proper and air avenue, There is 2 pockets in the way. This will lead to 80 Feet road which is passing from the Back of R Block of air avenue.This Connection will be available sooner or Later.
The Main boulevard which you are referring to can also be connected to DHA 8 Proper, the owner of that ? Farm house or resort will have to lose only few Merla. He will Love that, but If You see DHA 8 map. They dont have any planned roads on that side. So problem is with plan of DHA 8 proper. They are showing plots on the Boundary. If they Change the map then it might be possible, Before Purchase in DHA 8, I did the thorough work Up for this. I was having temptation to buy Commercial in Q Block of air avenue which was dirt cheap at time but matching map of DHA 8 with Air Avenue I dropped that.
However if DHA 8 will revise the map then all will be happy.
Can you clarify which property in air avenue you are focusing?

Dear Mr. Jameel,

once again thank you very much for your detailed explanation of the issue. infact i have plot on the boundary attached with that resort in U block phase 8 proper. this resort was developed after many months of the balloting of phase 8. initailly that land was open and i did not sell my plot considering that one day this boundary will be no more in future as LRE website also showing all this area under phase * proper and DHA will take over the land to attach with air avenue main boulevard. now due to that resort boundary even plots oh DHA U block dont have enough land on their side means less than one kanal. so i just need to ask what would be the future of these plots from 164-182 U block Phase 8 proper.
