LRR in BTL,

Dear CMY Saab,
If you know by any chance, what sector or block in BTL will be effected by LRR. and on ground plots in sector F safe or will be efeected as well.
There were rumours in the market earlier that LRR will effect golf view residencia and certain areas in Rafi block in E sector. I will be very grateful if you put some light on it. So many people will be benefitted as they have investment there. Allah will give you ajar.

Dear Imran you are right present alignment of ring road is passing through sector E Bahria town and interchange is affecting some parts of A and D blocks of NFC 2.

Good to see you back on this forum again. It had been a long time & I am glad I would be able to follow your interesting analysis and posts.

I am highly concerned about the commercial plots at NFC 2 which may be effected due to the interchange connecting Multan Road. Would you please be kind enough to shed some light at this area as well. It is not sure whether the interchange will wipe off partially, completely or not at all the commercial plots of NFC 2.

Last I heard in NFC Lahore phase 2 commercial plots were barley missed by Lahore ring road Multan road interchange. Last survey team didnt mark any area of commercial plots for interchange. Hopefully its now out of danger. only very few plots were at risk and its almost certain no commercial will be affected any more in new alignment. Interchange size was reduced to almost half to cut cost and that made it possible to spare few NFC2 commercial that had any risk IF ANY.
