Dear CMY Sahib - can you recommend any DHA possession (plot) area which will gain like DHA 9 File ? Which place do you see money will double in two to three years ? Which area do you consider will be really "HOT" where one can invest and double in two to three years ?

Arslan bhai both choices can achieve your target in 3 years time or less. Both will have lowest downside risk if market starts falling in future. Rest I will have to leave it to Allah. He can do things we cant imagine.

CMY Sahib one last question as you know it is very very tough to make and save money in Pakistan. God Bless our current Govt for this inflation and making our life difficult. I am sitting with no electric. Any way life goes on.

I am really scared where to invest Rs 1 crore plus few lakhs as this is my hard saving.

If you CMY Sahib had this money where would you invest regardless of FILE or PLOT.

Which would be your number one and number suggestion.

PLEASE I repeat I am hard headed and want to invest only where the gain in 100% assured PLEASE advise SIR as its very difficult to save this money.

I would buy a good location corner plot in DHA 5 M block if money was this important for me. If I cant afford any risk.

Normally I take some chances in my real estate investments where reward is bigger but downside risk is there. Even with price risk I dont invest where money is not safe. I trader stocks as day trader so old habit of taking price risk is still inside me. Have not traded stocks in past 14 years though.
