Dear CMY

I have two good locations plots in IVY Green, one 5marla while the other is 10marla. Please advise should I sell them or hold?

Depends a lot on locations. If bad location sell and buy better location with adding some money. Switching bad location plot with a good location must be done abd done asap. Lower the price less money you had to add out of pocket. More wait more monry will be needed and switch may be more difficult.

Generally DHA8 Z block is as good long term Investment. It will have a boundary wall and be a gated community due to its isolated location. People wont feel safe if left open from all 4 sides. Keep in mind it have some distance from Berki road main. Also development charges will be high because a high boundary wall to be built to keep robbers and thief away.

Prices are still extremely low because location of plot can be seen on map today. Prices here will gain min 100% in next 3 years. I am including development charges of 21 to 22 lacs. Will get developed very fast. 3 years min and 5 years maximum. DHA gave 3 years possession time.
