Phase 7 Low Priced Plots Options = 75 Budget,

Ref to Y Blocks Plot discussion,
Dear CMY and lRE experts Pls shed Light
It looks that in Phase 7 prices vary a lot depending upon Location,
I am interested in Low price plots in DHA 7 which are Considered bad but not that bad
what will be price in phase 7 y Block about 500 Meter From Nallah?
What is Price In Q Block 2,3 Line away from village but not at Village exit, or Village Gali exit.
Same Question for P Block
Similarly What is Price in X Block near village,
what is price in X Block areas which is not yet taken By DHA and showing Pocket what will happen to these plots who are mentioned at pockets.
How much good plot we can get in 75 Lac Budget

Jameel bhai we all uselessly separate DHA 6 and DHA 7. In reality its only DHA Lahore phase 6. Even DHA 7 files were actually DHA6 Ext files before the ballot but plots had name of DHA7. DHA Lahore admin should have renamed DHA7 to DHA 6 and we shold call it DHA6 block P Q R S T U V W Y Z.

If you look at DHA 6 and DHA 7 master plans they are only two pieces of one master piece. For me all blocks of DHA7 are part of DHA6 and name of DHA7 should be deleted.


I also feel IVY Green DHA 8 Z Block should have been named DHA Lahore phase 12 as it has nothing to do with proper DHA phase 8. Good location but reality is what its got to do with DHA8? Where does it fit in DHA8 master plan. It was named DHA8 Z block on request of only one large investor land owner that gave this land to DHA Lahore for IVY Green. It was named DHA8 Z block to get its files priced a lot higher than DHA9 from the first day they were issued. He also got 4 files of 5 marla instead of one 1 kanal against 4 kanal agree land. This was done because 4 files of 5 malra fetch a lot more money than one 1 kanal file :). Both naming it DHA8 Z block and issuing 4 five marla files against 4 kanal agri land is perfectly legal and as a bonus halal too :) :)) :))))

Now Jameel bhai look for a plot near graveyards. It should not face graveyard but when its near graveyard you will get unbelievable discount. If plot is not facing graveyard what is wrong with it. Same way you can find a lowest priced plot facing commercial areas. You still live in best place and pay many millions less because plots facing commercial are extremely hard to sell even at low prices. In reality how many times you are going to sit in lawn where your privacy will be effected. Are not privacy issue same with Park Facing plots where people huge and i will say un justified premiums. Also plots facing water tanks are very cheap too. Many times plots at lowest prices facing water tank plots are on other side of road so you have nothing to worry about.

Keep in mind I am talking here only if one want to build a house for own living and not for sale of house or plot. These are worst location if you are looking for them with investment gains in your mind. They are best if you have low budget but want to live in great block phase sector of DHA.

Please call Hassan Raza for actual price worth and availability of these type extremely low priced plots if building a house to live there for ever. Hassan Raza and Salman Maqsoon are the best in DHA real estate market for estimating plots true worth in DHA phase 6 and 7. Both gets a first a call from other dealers in DHA market when they get a plot for sale at their own estate office. when they get this first call from these guys dealer on other end says PAAYAAN KENEY PESAY MANG LAWWAN WIK TEY JAI GA NA AES PRICE TEY:)

Many plots are great for living but not for resale, especially Tanki, mosque and Commecial facing. Infacte these are built earlier than others.
