I am interested in buying 10 marla plot in bahria lahore sector c byt would like to leave it for sometime and then built a house later on in couple of years? Just thought came in my mind since many sectors of bahria are not in approved list by lda is it safe to invest in bahria and is it safe from land mafia?

Not sure, malik riaz is Qabza group himself, always stay away.
