Investment on raiwing road,

Dears, while considering LRR SL, orange line metro, raiwing road widening, what is the investment right now on raiwind road with budget of 45Lac, for 3 to 5 years.

Sui gas phase 2 ... you can get 1 kanal in this budget on very good location and it will double the investment in a year time.

Fazaia ... you will get 10 marla plot that will also boost after LRR.

I agree. It will take 3-5 years to get fruit of investment done in these societies. Its not a short term investment. their growth depends on how quickly Lda Avenue, Dha Rahbar , Khataban e amin get populated first. We overseas people sometimes wrongly perceive the actual ground reality.

Yes there many options there with potential to grow,
Dear Ahsan I agree to you point but people who are buying here are having interest in this area like Shoukat Khanum and Wapda etc
2nd due to current under priced situation after LRR potential is much more than 30%, even when widened Raiwind road is Opened You will see 50 Lac plot will be min 65 just in months ie 30%. And after LRR and Bit of population I think lower end Price of Kanal which is today 50 will reach 90 and Good location will cross Cror, reason is DHA Rahber is Holding at 1 Cror even with No Population and and it is just 1.5 Km, 2 Km away Valencia is leaping upto 120 to 140 for average to good Location. You will have to spend at least one day to understand this area well.
Suigas 2 is also very good option in that are as it is very close to new blocks of Bahria
