Please help me decide between following :
I have 3 Million to Invest for good return on investment:
1: 5 Marla Plot in DHA 8 Ivy Green
Or
2: 1 Kanal file in DHA Multan?
Both seems to fit in my budget at present please help?
All other DHA suggestions are highly welcomed please please help.

Both are great options. Likely to double in less than two years.
80%+ land acquisition already made for DHA Multan.
Ivy Green will be great after the recent Lahore-Sialkot highway announcement. |
