Thanks a lot for your mail. Please let me know, is there any risk(delay in allocation letter or any other issue) after getting intimation letter as final payment will be done upon intimation letter only.

No sir you should not have any issues after receiving intimation letter. After you get intimation letter headache starts for DHA and not you as they got the possession of land. If there was any legal trouble DHA will never issue you intimation letter after affidavit transfers until problem is solved. Since you got your intimation you should be all right.
