investing 50 to 60 lakh for a period of 2 to 3 years,

Dear CMY Sb,

Mashallah your valuable advice is very helpful for overseas Pakistanis.

I wanted to consult you on investing 50 to 60 lakh for a period of 2 to 3 years on a commercial property.
So far i found these to be with in my price range.

Kindly advice on these or elsewhere.
1. Bahria Nasheman
2. Bahria Town Sector D - Block AA,
3. Pak Arab Housing Society
4. Architects Engineers Society
5. NFC 2, Lahore On Main commercial Area

Faisal Ahmed bhai NFC 2, Lahore On Main commercial Area will be best.

I dont think so that you will get a plot in this range on main commercial.If anyone updated with the commercial rates please mention the rates on main boulevard commercial and on other options for commercial.

@ Mr.Ahmad commercial plots are available in these socities between 50 to 60 lakh
1. Bahria Nasheman
2. Bahria Town Sector D - Block AA,
3. Pak Arab Housing Society
4. Architects Engineers Society
5. NFC 2, Lahore On Main commercial Area

The question is which is the best choice or should i look elsewhere?

Commerical are available within this range but i dont think so that you can buy in 60 lac on main bolevard 150 feet road

Selection of Commercial property is tricky, A lay man focus is will shops can do good business there, but investors vision is different that will see if other investors be interested in buying plot in at better price, In these choices B Town sector D is best if you want to keep it as an investment and sell it later, Now a days Bahria is in pressure due to certain reasons so you can get better bargain here,
Nasheman is Too small.

NFC2 is also a good Choice and it is also under pressure due to ring road, but I tell You LRR will not wipe Commercial as Cost of getting Land will increases, LRR authority will try its best to pass in between the societies, Only Boundary residential plots may be affected , their Commercial is already too narrow at Multan road. So it should not be affected, The Only worst scenario is if Main Boulevard of NFC is converted to LRR [this was also projected before but will be a foolish idea, very low chances]

Dear Faisal would you clarify which block and size you are referring to in Pak arab and @ what price.
As per my info in Pak arb for last 8 years Price only Doubled

@ Mr.Jameel in PAHS block f-1,Vital Homes block and block B Extension 5 marla commercial plots are between 32 to 50 lakh.i think they are selling for a very reasonable price.should i invest in it or not ?
