Currently no files are available for sale in DHA Lahore phase 9. Multiple buyers of 25 lacs for 5 marla proper in market. Multiple buyers of DHA 9 1 kanal at 59 lacs.

Most dealers are also still not aware yet of ballot news. Most buyers waiting for official DHA announcement in newspapers as there have been too many false alarms in past. So do expect prices to be lot higher in coming days after newspaper ads.

When a any files will be available at some price we will update you asap

DHA9 proper 8 marla commercials buyers at 315 lacs but no files available yet. Non of the files available so cant say these are rates. Wait till we see where all files become available.

A trust able fair rate is where both buyers and sellers are available.

((The land in DHA 9 area till Hadiara drain is about 60,000 Kanal , Out of which 25,000 is being balloted, will remaining land be sold on Installments? as indicated by CMY, ))

Ahmad bahi none of the files available at 25 lacs. Buyer willing to pay 25 right now.

All Buyers must call Adil Saeed at 03224009766 and let him know that at what prices you are willing to buy. So he knows when to call you back.

Do you think that after ballotting of DHA Phase 9. the investors are likely to be shifted in other societies as they would have gained alot from it.

100% sure now none off the residential or commercial plots will be offered on installments. Largest proof is only 2 weeks time. People cant send applications and drafts in this 2 weeks time till May 15 2015. DHA wont be able to enter data into ballot software in this short time.

Installments plots will now be offered in DHA 9 ext that will a very long time from today.

I am feeling deeply sorry and actually sad for 1000s of friends that were waiting for years to buy installment plots in DHA9 because they didn't have budget for full payments for file or plot now.

I am told all 25000 kanal possession land is used for DHA 9 master plan already.Its simply not possible any more to offer any plots here in DHA9 proper now. If DHA called in application at some stage I cant say but I bet you that will be for less than 100 plots in total.

Very kindly response to this query?? What will be the effect of Phase 9 Balloting on 9 Town Plots. Any news for 9 Town Possession. Why we cant see any movement in 9 Town market since last couple of weeks.
