I have been offered a 1 kanal grey structure house (single storey) roughly 2400 Sq feet at ADA plot just off jatti umra road(canal) opposite AWT phase 2. There are few farmhouses next to it and families living there. It is a private land and just 1 km from fizia. The asking price is 70 lac but it can be finalized in 65 lac? Is it a good deal and what are the future prospects?

I am a fan of your analysis and admirer of your and CMY sahib property knowledge. The house in AWT not less than 90 lacs or crore and this property is inside u can say around 200 yards.
