Dear CMY,
I am holding files in DHA Phase-9. Now as the balloting is near some dealers are calling and advising to sell the files. According to them the prices will go down after ballot.
I need your advise!!

Wrong. prices will fluctuate a little in short run right after ballot. But in linger run prices will be escalating very fast |

Great service to the people of Pakistan living all over the world. I followed your advise and purchased 2 files of 1K from yours Mian Fawad. Today thanking to Allah for the gains he gave. I'm in London yr breaking news of balloting is very encouraging. I filled in LRE form online with my Allocation Letters Nos paid up Membership Rs.22830/- each for 2 files of 1K.(Ph-9).
Hope LRE got it. Will appreciate confirmation please.

They are calling you as you hold a gem. You sell they buy and that's how it goes. For Phase 9 files, a lot of buyers but sellers is very hard to find. |

Dear Well Wisher,
It seems pretty funny that dealers are calling you to sell your file as its rate will lower in days to come . My question is that if rates will lower in days to come than why don't dealers buy those files in coming days at lower rates and benefit? Zara sochaayay !
