DHA Lahore phase 9 proper 8 marla rate is up 25 lacs today due to its location on main boulevard that will serve all plots in 40000 kanal DHA 9 proper.

Perhaps biggest one day jump any where in Lahore Even at 350 Lacs only 1 seller in entire DHA market of 6000 dealers. Next one may be available at 400 lacs plus the price I was expecting after ballot

Congratulation to my friends that bought it 323 and 325 lacs yesterday. And all those who bought these from us at even at 282 lacs during past 2 months

Dear CMY

Please suggest the expected trend for DHA Phase 9 in 6-10 months. I am overseas and did buy 1 File on my recent trip to Pakistan in August, 2014. Mr. Adil helped me out for securing the file and I am looking forward to your suggestion to analyse further investment option.

Naveed bhai 2 DHA Multan files and asap to save some money. More wait more money you will have to pay extra. Ballot there soon as well and good town planing there. Lowest downside risk highest upside room.

Also along with DHA multan files, what would be the best time to buy DHA lahore ph-9 5 marla plot after balloting or file before balloting, to gain further profit for keeping it for next 3 years or so? so that I can go for on of this as well along with DHA multan files. Thank you

I have 4M commercial in DHA 8 Broad way, What you suggest for me to keep it or sell it and move to DHA 9 4M commercial since the price is almost the same. I am an overseas Pakistani and planing to return to Pakistan after 2-3 years and start my own business (Hardees Franchise). Need your sincere advise. Thank you in advance and Jazzak Allah Khair

Dear Saeed-Abu Dhabi,
I know Phase-9 and Phase-8 as currently I am living in DHA-6.
To me, Never think of converting from Phase-8 to Phase-9.
Phase-8 is the best and Phase-9 is not a good location becuase of far from all DHA Phases.
I can tell you like this, Phase-8 is just 3 minutes drive from Airport and Phase-9 is almost 6-8 KM and is the end of DHAs,ever not directly connected to any DHA Phase.
Again this is my suggestion otherwise you can make your decision your own.

CMY brother you really need good rest and uninterrupted sleep these days after so late working until 5:34 am especially to answer hundreds of queries addressed to a single "Dear CMY" from all over the world. I discovered this forum just a few weeks before and found it very useful.
