If LRR passes through Rafi block Bahria Town as shown in the map at LRE then will there be an underpass or overhead bridge to connect sector E and F to Sector C, sector B and sector D? I hope some knowledgeable person explain it in detail. Also what about investment in Sector E in current situation when LRR is still not finalized?
Should we proceed to invest or we should wait for LRR route finalization?

It is suggested to hold on purchase for couple of months until NEW LRR map is out. There are some changes to cut costs
