Dear sir could you advise me overseas Pakistani I have a 10 marla house in Defence raya which I am planing to rent out would it be more worthwhile if I sell this and buy 4 marla commercial file in phase 7 .The benefit with the house is that I would be able to get monthly income.

U cant get a good rent from defence raya property now, 2 more years required to get handsome monthly income from this house. u should buy commercial it will give u boost up in next 5 years. |
