CMY sb plz suggest me is it advisable to sell my plot in phase 7 sector Q and buy file of phase 9 1 kanal ot just stick with it as I can hold for next 2 3 years.
Your opinion in this regard shall be highly appreciaTED........

It depends where in Q block this Plot is located if Plot have bad Location or Non possession area then it is worthwhile to take chance to By after Ballot when People will sell in bulk like 3,4 Months after Ballot.
The Moment map comes many questions will be answered.

@ Qasim, Meri Jaan why S Block, T Block and p Block are Not near Pungali Village there are just 150 feet from Village, Infact Main exit of Village is infront of T Block.
Pungali is surrounded By 4 Blocks P,T,S and Q , This Is only market stunt

Sorry I meant R Block Instead of T, Phase 6 N Block [Lower Cut] bhi is Juram main sharik Hai, where you see 46 Houses already

thanks every one, so i m holding this plot another one year ,i personally think as construction activity starts day by day it will appreciate.
