I have plot of 4 marla and i want to do the construction on it.I want to know the total construction cost on 4 marla house.Also please explain can i do thakka for construction or i can do construction according to per square feet.
Please let me know how much difference in cost if
1.i do thakka with some thakkay-dar and material will be provided by me.
2.Do construction according to per square feet.
3.Also please give me estimation of Grey Structure,average construction,Luxary construction
Which will be the better option.
