Habib replied on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 12:06 PM I think You are Mistaken, People are investing in Commercial not for renatal income but to get Capital Gain in Property, eg a Plaza Bluit on 8 Cror Land and 4 Cror Cost[1 Lakh per Month Mauintinace Tax etc], cant genertate Monthy rental to Justify its cost. The Investment in rental Property is Done that 8 Cror Plot can be sold in 12 Cror in 2,3 Yearsor so. As Lonmg as this trend will continue it will continue growing. You make shops on certain Plots and your headache starts, rent not paid in time, Bill Not Paid , Business Flopped and tenant ran away leaiving furniture all things etc etc, It is Full time Job I would Advise Buy a 10 M at certain prime Location and start Ploy Clinic Make Chambers of Docs etc it is quite good for regular Income, Or a House at prime Location which can be divided in 2,3 Prtions can give you good renatl yield |
