Dear CMY,
Me and my friends want to buy some commercial 8 Marla land in DHA 8, kindly help me in getting answers for following questions
1. Can we buy land jointly? so we shall have no legal issues later on
2.How much you expect from DHA 8, 8 marla commercial to rise in 3 to 4 years time
3. How much would be expected average monthly income out of this commercial land , if we compelete plaza by next 4 to 5years time
I think its good idea if it work that instead of single spending on low cost residential area, why not to make joint venture with others and go for commercial area for regular income
Need your advise as it is really matters to me
