Dear Mr CMY,
As the phase 9 ballot is near I want to ask one question about development charge. As the development charges will be in 3 years installments, how much is the fine if one do not pay the development charge on time. Or is it even possible to delay the installment. Will they cancel the plot in any case if one don't pay the installments at all?
I will be greatful to you of you answer this question as its Importent for me to plan and manage my funds accordingly. Thanks.

For 3 years it will be like 20% of full amount to be paid as devlopment charges. You are charged for only installments you miss. |
