Personal or dealers advertisement in projects and phases where LRE deals are prohibited and will be deleted without further notices.
We cant allow other dealers to post their ads with private owners names on our website and enjoy our daily hard work and name for their business deals and gains.
If you dont want to buy or sell your property via Lahore Estate please post your advertisement some where else. There are 100s of website for that now. |

LRE I'm an overseas Pakistani & currently my family is visiting lahore to sell this file. Can you please tell how much I can get for 1k Phase 9 file if I bring it to your office in the morning? |

Khan bhai market trad able rates are not available till 11.30Am to 12Pm.
If any one gives a rate before that he is just play with thin air and offers may not stand.
We always have buyer sellers on hand at some price directly or via market dealers. Please call Adil Saeed at +923224009766 in the morning at 10am and let him know and he will get back to you at around 11 am to give you best possible offer at market open.
You will find 1000s people here that trusted Lahore Estate during past many years. Be assured you get true price. Before locking a deal at any price you have right to check if any one else is offering a better price.

I'll definitely call Mr.Adil tomorrow InshaAllah. I'm based here in LA but my family is currently visiting lahore & can go to LRE office in the morning.
Can you please confirm yesterdays(5/5/15) closing price for 1k phase 9 file.

65 lakh rupees for 1k file only and on top of that you have to pay 19 lakh dev charges. The full price 84 lakh for a file. I see a bubble. :) |

No other low prices option left in DHA proper.
Ballot may not be in months and more likely 1 to 2 year. Location may come in months time. |
