Dear Sir,
I have bought a 5-M file a year ago in DHA Phase 9. I have not received my file yet as I could not come to Pakistan. Is it must to receive the file before balloting to ensure that my file is included in the balloting? Also, what kind of information you would require to cross check the current status of my file?
