Dear CMY I hope & pray for your health. you are always kind to all the people on this forum & answers the people query's at your level best without any intrest. I appericiate the LRE team for all the breaking news regarding phase 9 ballot.
In Shaa Allah i would certainely like to meet you when you visit pakistan. Plz don't forget to metioned regarding your visit to pakistan. I would like to ask you what would you suggest a holding time period for DHA MULTAN file if I buy it today as you suggest it for good short term investment?
when did its ballot expected in your opnion as i have very short buget? AS i have set a side this amount for kids education.
your sincere advice will be highly apprciated.

Mian Yasir sahib 3 years hold time must be in all buyers mind. New files will keep coming to market to keep prices stad still at times or slow speed of upside movement .


We should keep in mind political financial bad news etc can disrupt real estate setor any time so we should give it about 3 years time. Its my most fav now if any one have over 30 lacs budget. Honestly I feel its safest for my expat friends. Its high returning about 100% target for 3 years hold time from today. Transfer is very secure fraud free. Will Qabza groups free when ready.


DHA Multan


All Pakistani nationals anywhere in the world are allowed to invest in DHA Multan as long as they have CNIC / NICOP / POC

Lahore real estate offers one on the safest easiest and secure affidavit transfers here in DHA Multan. When you want to buy a DHA Multan you give us token money on agreed price.
