Dear CMY,

I belong to a poor family and doing job in Dammam.

I save some money and bought One Kanal Plot in State Life Phase 2 in 2004. Now its almost 11 years there is no development work.

Please give me your sincere advice. What is the future of State Life Phase 2.

I feel very bad for you but my dear friend I dont see State Life Phase 2 getting developed for next 10 years either. Please pray DHA take over this one for any adjustment ratio for plots.

State life 2 is not a lost cause. If DHA 9 ballott with price @ 63.50 as of now, State life 2 looks dirt cheap. By the way, SL2 have ring road connected on its door step. DHA 9 is far away from having any road approach for years to come.

SL2 management needs some motivation. The last news out was they are short of land and offered 10 marla for kanal plots in CC and JJ blocks.

Phase 9 has 10 big entrances as per the location map issued by DHA , pls stop fooling pple around.

10 entrances are not existing now. They will after years to come. Go drive around Phase 9 for once and tell me if your car can go there by those 10 entrances :)

July 2012, I bought 1 kanal in State Life phase 1 for 43. It is 110+ now. Ready to build house with all amenities. 256%

My friend bought DHA 9 1 kanal file for 27. He sold 2 days ago for 63 because not ready for development for years to come. 233%

May 2013, I bought 10 marla State life 2 for 10.45. Now it is 17. 162%
May 2013, I bought 5 marla State life 2 for 8. Now it is 15. 187%

I am building a house in SL1. My friend sold DHA 9 because he cannot for years to come and he cannot take risk of bad location plot. I'm not fooling people around. I am talking reality.

For someone who is stuck like "Dammam" (people should use real name) for 11 years, they forget to tell that 5 marla SL2 plots were offered on 2 lac instalments. Don't know about 10 marla, but 5 marla is now 7-8 times of original value. How is that a bad investment? Talk numbers (Dear rasheed, go get a name).
