Much appreciated your efforts and guidance..

Which one will be a better option in terms of gain from short term 1-2 years and long term 3-4 years perspective,

1) Buy 1 file now 5 marla ph-9 (proper allocated included in ballot) on 25 lac + 1 file of 1 kanal ph-9. And wait for 3-4 years...

2) Buy 2 files of DHA multan 1 kanal, and wait for 1-2 years .. and do buying and selling while rates goes up and down to get the PROFIT .. till balloting .. and + with this if I have extra budget of 3 millioin, shall I buy a ph-9 5 marla file now ? or wait for after ballot and then buy and keep for 2-3 years ?

I short I want to put around 9 million in multiple options with best combination .. sorry for taking ur time .

Thank you for the much needed info. Does it mean that till the time we come to Multan to collect allocation letter, file would miss any ballot conducted? Also are all the files to be included in phase 1? Does it matter which " Mouza" the file belongs to?

MNM Two days aftr affidavit is issued an allocation letter is isseud and put in your file. Two days after you go to Multan for transfer you are ballot ready.

Rahza answer is yes. You dont have to for transfer but owner only can get allocation. Dha Multan pgase 1 ballot is some time this year

Are there allocation Files for sale as well, In that case what are total development charges on on Kanal, I guess DC rate will be Lower in DHA Multan, regarding CVT stamp etc on these do someone need to do documentation in Mutan or can even Do in Lahore.

Second thing i would Like To ask now a days amount of CVT and stamps is too Much, some times it is 3 to 4 Lakh, Most of times when we do Documentation through agents, the Vendor remains in back Ground, we Never Get any Authentic receipt etc from them when they get cash, As I have heard that there have been Inceidents of Fake Stamp papres, same Must be true of CVT as well, Due to same reason Govt Issued an order to All Housing societies to varify Stamp Papers.
My question is how frequent is this fraud and how to safequard against that, In case Papers prove to be fake what pounitive actions are taken, against whom Do you remember any issues in that regard.
