Dear Sir CMY AOA! May Allah bless you with good health. I have a humble question regarding Phase 8. Plots in w block are touching almost 185 lacks and in T block 175 lacks; still possession in not in sight. Can you please share your valuable expertise as what will be the approximate value of these plots once the possession is announced.

200 to 225 but that will be peak. Feature growth will be to low from here. Not good any more to hold as investment. If not making a house on plot in DHA6 or DHA8 keeping sitting on them is a huge mistake. i will try to explain with actual example.
