Me and my sister are a regular visitor of this forum. I remember selling my property in Bahria Islamabad and purchasing 5 one kanal files in Phase 9 a few years ago. Costed me less than 100lakh at that time. Now I am hoping all my 5 files hit the 100 lakh mark! ..fingers crossed ..

This is all due to Mr. CMYs advice I took when i was a total Anarri in property. I personally have never dealt with LRE but they will be my official agents from now on.

Thanks Mr. CMY. And a special thanks from my sister too. She bought a Phase 9 10 marla file in May 2013 right before the elections for 23.5. She bought it because she thought Imran Khan will win the elections which will bring stability to the country's economy. Na Imran aaya, na stability, magar General Raheel zaroor aye. Thanks to him DHA is progressing well Alhumdulillah.

I bought these 5 files in October 2011 meaning almost 3 1/2 years ago. I was checking the documents. The price I paid was 18.5 per file not including transaction related expenses.

I will be keeping all these files after the ballot and dont plan to sell anything.

I think it was the best time to buy it.... i bought it 2 years later and its price was around 48 lac.

I agree to All Your Points except " na stability " Pakistan is enjoying best economic indicators in Last 12 years, Dont Become hostage to some biased TV Channels whose job is to create Disatisfaction and earn few Bucks , For My Child's exam I Pulled out TV Cabel, Believe me if you over see the news nothing bad is happening, Pakistan is On Right Track after a long time

All Pakistani news channels are bunch of jokers. They make anyone hero or zero in minute without realizing what consequences their action would bring. They are unstopable. If you want to stay heatly, do not watch them.

On the advise of CMY I bought 1k file @14 in 2010 through LRE and sold last year@49 and then buy some commercial property in Johar Town. Thanks for his advice.

You should be thankful to Pakistan which gave you so much huge profits. Will you be able to get such huge profits in your DEVELOPED countries?
The issues that you are pointing out are temporary and will be solved soon. May be we are not able to see this miracle but our next generations will see it.

I wonder why you use the term 'Paki'. Do you not know that its used in a derogatory manner. Its racist and insulting. But may be you have become used to it and hence sensitized to it.
Your description of Pakistan may be partially true but it is one-sided and smells of arrogance. You might be living abroad, as many of us are, but you still must have your relatives here. It is highly probable that your parents have spent their lives here. You might like to pretend to yourself that you are better than those who are living in Pakistan, but you are not. You think you are too good for Pakistan. That's good, because stay away. You are not cool, you are simply an ill-conceited fool.

HHH, Thanks for the compliments. My wife is an American National but I never applied for the passport as I never wanted to lose my identity. Paki is a derogatory term in the UK. Everywhere else, it isn't.
Anyway, mind your business and stop judging people. Let God be our judge.
