Inshallah u r doing well.
According to ur previous post the prices for 5 marla AFTER Ballot would be:
30-32 Lacs for bad locations and 40-42 for good locations. If i am not wrong u also said that these are WITHOUT development charges.

I personally went to ur DHA office and one of ur team member said to me thats not possible and YOU are mistaken as these prices are including development charges. He said repeatedly that I must have missed reading ur comment "with all dues clear" in the post related to After ballot prices.

He said that no way a PLOT can touch even 40 (with all dues clear) as plots on ground (with possession) in Phase 9 TOWN are at that prices (45-55 lacs). So phase 9 prism PLOTS will take a long time to get to these prices (32+7=39 OR 42+7=49).

i have witnessed this confusion amongst ur other readers too so PLEASE remove this confusion for us. The prices u quoted are with development charges or without them.

I think CMY will not reply these critical question and i personaly agree with and with you and with due respect inform to CMY that your team point is entirly against ur statements i also visit to LRE yesterday and met to mr adil he totaly dispointed me about 5M future. So ground realities are different.

I agree with Mr. Raza that his office people are saying opposite things. i didnot meet Mr. Adil but i would like to know what were his commenta on 5M??

I have same experience with mr cmy team, I was inquiring about multan file and at same I got two different prices from same office, one told me 3075 and other told me 3060, so I realized that every one is not cmy in this office, cmy is great man, he has set so high standards of trust so his staff must not let him down, their response level is also not upto that mark, cmy sorry but what to do..........it is reality

Dear all My office is just near to LRE office and i m not an investor or dealer i got that this is all type of satta if u r willing to invest for long term 3 to 5 years u will earned otherwise no satisfied deal even when price are 27 i dont think anyone sold except big fish even mostly buyers given biana but did not finalize the deal try to calculate price range without development 32 mean with development 39 how possible at once after ballot but may be after 3 years ...i need mr CMY comments here

Raza exactly that is what i was told!!!!
and what concerns me is that his office people do have a point. But CMY sir said clearly and repeatedly AFTER ballot prices are WITHOUT dev. charges.

CMY pls look into this and clear this confusion.
That guy also suggested to wait for Ballot and if I get bad location plot, sell that, pay the difference of 2 to 3 lacs and buy a good llocation plot! I couldnt believe him and asked again is that the only difference between good and bad location? and he said initially yes thats the difference of TWO THREE LACS.

It means after ballot an average 5 M plot will be 32-7=25.But, if balloted near Hudiara Drain, then price will come down more.Dont worry,what so ever is written for us, we will get. No one either can give nor snatch, only ALLAH can do.It is very important that do not forget to pay Zakat on ur plot.Make ur mind to pay Zakat now , u will get beyond ur imagination ,even if U R not benefited now U will B compensated elsewhere.All praises R for ALLAH only.

All My friends, It is your Job to Filter out all the Information and do decision of You Own, If CMY knows every thing what will happen in future he could take all wealth himself.
Many a times My analysis also wrong and I admit, years Back i told Guys that Bahria sector C commercial in 30 to 35 [ Harvesting Pindi Phase 9 canceled Files in 2007] is not going to gain, as there was Not even 200 residents in Bahria at that time and it was in Hot waters . But Now You see the prices, Had I bought 2 of those , Then i could say good Bye to my Gulf Job. On the other hand
I used to tell people to Buy Valencia in 30,32 Now that is 120 That prediction was correct.
