- Eat at least 4 servings of Vegetable/Fruits per day.
- Eat at least 2 servings milk, soy beverage per day.
- Drink at least 8 glass of water daily.
- Be "Active" - Go for walk, light exercise per your Doctor's recommendation. Don't loose flexibility.
- Maintain Healthy weight.
- More fiber in the food - wholegrain products.
- Consume less sugar/caffeine.
- Do not miss your medicine (if prescribed).
