I am looking for a good investment opportunity. And I want to stay within DHA property investment.
Under current market conditions:

1. What is a good phase to invest in, starting with 5 to 10 marla land size? And something that you don't have to hold for eternity.

2. Someone told me that Phase 8, 10 Marla is a good investment as the price will go to 1.25 Crore if it is held for 1 to 1.5 years period. Please advise.

3. What is a good way to find out about charges, taxes etc. that we have to pay to DHA. So that total figure of purchase including price of land plus extra charges can a estimated.

4. Is there any tax called CVT tax while purchasing property and is 5 marla exempt from it?

5. There is no price history of any plot of file that is there out in the market. How do we know that we are not buying land at inflated price? Without know the price history it is difficult to determine the real value of land.

20% Gain and it is too Good to me, Dont get panic about their maintenance charges it is 30,000 per year 2500 per Month ??
After 40 months your investment can give you 30 to 40 Lac almost one Lac Per Month, Hold It and Again not get fooled by Daily changing rates, it is sign of unstablity or High Speculation.
I will Tell You my Investments for privacy I am not telling you Location etc
A Jan 2007 Plot , 27 Lac earning for me 60,000 per months from 1st day

B August 2008 Plot 33 Lac, Earing for me 90,000 Lac per Month from 1st day

c August 2008 Plot 20 Lac earning 45,000 for Me till Today.

D June 2010 House 70 Lac earning for me 1.3 Lac per Month, i never rented Current rent 50 Possible

E March 2011 Plot [ was best Timing in Cycle] 34.5 Lac gaining 140,000 per Month till date

F Plot 33 Lac March 2014, got 1 Lac Gain per Month till date

Now i am seeing for some time price may be stuck But i have No worry, I never invested all I have I never took Loan for Investment.

jameel bhai where did u buy plot in 2014 giving one lac gain per month?is there any buy like that these days?plz advise i am new in this field thanks,jazakAllah kher
