Ahsan replied on Friday, May 8, 2015 08:35 AM Dear Ahmed They are working on Block B as well and did some changes in Map too to offer new 5 Marla cutting in B block by reducing commercial plots. The illegal list of LDA which identifies Illegal societies in Nishtar town domain on Ferozpur road does not contain "Grand Avenue" They got approval from TMA in 2012 July. They are advertising in newspapers and if the society is illegal it is not possible now to advertise (As far as I know). They have submitted all their paper work to LDA after approval from TMA (you can get confirmation by calling them) I have spoken to many dealers and found that the issues has been resolved. It is a small society with only two blocks (A& B) and INSHALLAH very soon the prices will improve. They are doing marketing in newspapers and attempting to lift its appearance by doing extensive plantation and green belts. In sum, the situation has changed and it is changing in a positive direction. You can see on ground development and construction of houses. Many dealers opened their offices in Grand Avenue and trade is happening. I was thinking to sell my 2 plots but after observing ground reality and prices in the surroundings such as Bahria Nasheman( 5 marls 25-28).I have changed my mind and don't want to sell now. I am positive that it will pick up soon and give good gains INSHALLAH. |

I totally agree with you that based upon ground realities it is highly underpriced and quality of development is excellent. Kindly, please advise us what is your anticipated price of I kanal in Grand Avenue & central Park after three years (currently 30& 40 lac respectively).
