Dear CMY,
well i am just in confusion. First i thought i will hold the Phase 9 5 Marla File and wait for the ballot but now after comments from your office team i got confused.
i bought file in 18.50 (minus commission etc.) so what should be my next step.
will i get 30,31 (Without Development Charges) just after ballot (even i get not a good location plot.) ?
i can hold the but i dont want to hold for a year...just want to rotate...

CMY has not changed its stance...it was only one thing...that at which price one should by 5 Marla file...
Now i have cleard my mind...now i will go for ballot with all faith not on CMY but on Allah ...i will get what is written in my fate..
