I have requested this info earlier but I appreciate you have been very busy and overwhelmed with so many questions here.
Regarding the 2 kanal query above, I have read this on this platform before in some posts about phase 7 2xkanal plots being very underpriced. I do not have plans to construct immediately (not before 4 years atleast) and I have one kanal plot in phase 6, which I can sell and buy 2xkanal in phase 7 in order to construct home on it later. The price is almost the same with just a very small or no difference.
Do you think this will be a good decision? I am quite tempted as this gives me double the amount of space just a few minutes ahead of where my current one kanal plot is. Also, given that most new phases have very limited 2 kanal plots (i.e. some in phase 8 and none in phase 9) also indicates that 2 kanal plots may become a rare thing in the next few years.
Although, I will eventually construct but just in case, do you think in case I change my mind later and want to sell, I will make some gain on phase 7 2xkanal plot? If so, how much do you expect in 5 years for a 2xkanal plot that will cost me around 185 to 190 lacs now?
I will be indebted for your response just once, please!

Go for it If nothing else you will double the price in 3 to 5 years with two kanal in DHA7 but DHA6 residential wont double any more in next 10 years.

@Saima: It appears that 2 kanal plots are in U, X and Y blocks. If you look at the map and based on my limited research, X block looks the best as it has direct approach (150 ft road) from Golf Course whereas for U block, there are a few twists and turns and several grid stations. Y block also seems good but it appears that X block has the largest 2 kanal plot community!

@Saima - In my opinion, commercial plots gain relative to population. If this is purely from investment purposes, I am not sure, maybe commercial. However, if you may consider making a house and at the same time want the value to grow, I would recommend 2 kanal plot as you will have a lot more buyers than sellers and it is safer irrespective of any trend towards phase 7 commercial or not. |

These Plots are under priced at the moment, and improve a lot but there is a difference here most 2 kanals are Located on the Main but it is a cluster, |
