Brotherly advise required - DHA Town Ph9,

Salaam CMY Sahib and brothers,

Hope, my message finds all brothers in good health.

I recently migrated abroad and want to bring my family here too, but I don't have enough funds to cover initial expenses (tickets + rent + furnishings etc.).
I own one 05 marla plot D-1914 DHA Town Ph9. Can you please advise if the time is right to sell at reasonable price. I am not an investor.

Also, can my father sell it on my behalf, he holds all original documents. If not, then how can I give him authority to sell. Will I need to be present in person to give him authority to sell later in my absence.

Also, if the price is agreed then how many days the transfer may take for which seller should be in Pakistan.

I'll be really grateful for all brotherly opinions.

Sam bhai its my brotherly advise you should keep this plot till posession.its expected soon in two months.price jump of 5 6 lakh is expected.

Due to many new small plots coming in market for Town and Proper after ballot this plots may not gain fast enough in future. Sell right after possession as possession will give you more money. Dont wait too long till DHA9 plots get intimation letters.


If NDC applied and deal locked before you travel you need 2 days. sell must come to DHA in person to transfer property in DHA Lahore Pakistan

Sam Bhai,

If you can hold, then please don't sell it and wait for atleast 2-3 months. You will benefit a lot as brother Haadi has mentioned.
