Dear CMY,
I have 2 files of DHA phase 9 dha of 5 marla each. Bought these files about 8 months ago for 19 lace each.
As the ballotting is coming up on May 15, please advise whether I should hold the files or sell them before the ballotting.

Faisal Qadeer Sheikh market is always on WILD rides near ballot. Cant tell you what to do.
Today DHA9 5 marla gained 50000 but DHA9 1 kanal lost 2 lacs in one day. How do we explain this.

Would it be better to sell the 5 marla phase 9 files and go for a 10 marla plot in phase 7 or a 5 marla plot in Phase 9 town. What do you think will be a better option in terms of investment and which can give a good profit in the next 12 to 18 months?
Also, please advise if I sell the 5 marla phase 9 plots after ballot, who will pay the development charges- seller or purchaser?

Faisal bhai, if me is in your place and would like to keep these two files for ballot even there is some risk but there will also be more rewarding too. but if don't want to take any risk then will sell and buy 10m ready good location plot in ph.7 which is risk free but less rewarding than 2 plots in 9. rest is on your own judgment. regards. |
