I want to know if I want to buy 1 kanal plot in ph 9 right after ballot, will I hv to pay development charges 18 lac at one time, or in 3 years installments?

Khalid bhai for now DHA is saying you have to pay full amount of developments charges. May be in future they will change it. In all past ballot in beginning they start with full payment but latter change too only due installments
Also issuing intimation of DHA 9 will take 3 to 4 months. Ivy green will be here before that because that is smaller in size |

Thank you sir, bt it will affect buying & selling coz people with limited budget will find it hard to pay that much at one time. Hope DHA change this soon. |

Plz sell ASAP. No chance that rate will up more. Files have files in hands with NDC ready but no buyer in Market. |
