Dear CMY Sir,
As per your assessment rates of phase9 files have started to move up since today afternoon, now sir, would this sentiment be carried on tomorrow and in the next week or selling pressure will prevail from Monday. This highly volatile market trend has affected small holders as panic strikes them first.

Ya i were also expecting that rates will rise up in evening or in 2nd half of the day but it surprised me.If rates were still going down then i don't think so it will rise again on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday.There may be possibility that in last 3 days before ballot prices will shoooootttttt up but but but but Currently there is "Unpredictable Situation" for small investor.To much risk.May Rise may go down.Small investor like me are thinking to sell before ballot then after ballot again enter in market.Let see what will happen.God knows better. |

Salam to all,
Prices of phase.9 will rise in either way before ballot or after ballot, INSHAALLAH.
In these two weeks just short term-inverstors are playing. So all others those who wanna keep their files they would't regret INSHAALLLAH.
Just be patience and ALLAH is with Sabereen.

Three\four days back DHA has made bulk purchases of files of Phase 9 from local market which resulted, sudden rise in the prices of all files.Once DHA stoped purchases and moreover at the same time, NDC issuing process also terminated from very next day decline in file rates was observed.Since DHA has bought 1 k file at 63 lak and 10 and 5 marlas arround 43 and 27 lak respectively. Hence as per my thinking same will be the minimum tharash hold for each file. I would humbly request CMY bahi for his valued comments please. |

Anwar your point is valid DHA boutght 400+ files at 5Marla @ 27+ Lacs , 10 Marla @ 43+ Lacs and 63+ Lacs for kanal.
The prices should go back to these figures at least.
