Expected development charges in IVY green Vs DHA 9,

Dear CMY,
Do you think that 5 Lac less development Charges in IVY green [10 Merla] will have positive edge for Phase 8 IVY green 10 merla plots, especially when post ballot DHA will ask for up front all development charges.

secondly this new decision of DHA to take all development charges at once, how it will affect post ballot price.

Another comment linked to IVY green is By No means IVY green Location is Better than Phase 7, if You talk of Proximity to BRB, and being isolated as compared to DHA 7, For Comparison Consider it same. But development have yet to start. How IVY green Kanal is Holding its price Little More than Low Budget plots of Phase 7? 75+19= 84,. One is ready and in other even intimation is not issued by no means will be delivered in 3 years.
what is logic here? I think it is only Difference Toyota 1974 is better than 1976,

Jameel sahib DHA have not official announce yet and I dont believe this figure at all but poeple close to DHA staff is keep insisting 5 marla charges are 4.5 lacs. I think the be 5 to 5.5 lacs.


To be honest Ivy Green will be in back burner now after DHA9 ballot. DHA7 is also going to hurt it. DHA9 priced should be compared to only X T U Y Z lower parts prices, For rest of DHA7 W R S P should be close to and about 20% less than DHA6 lower blocks near DHA7. In three DHA6 or 7 be same almost same thing with living point of view.

jameel sb, I understand that yu live in UAE. Im also living in Dubai and currently in the thinking process whether to mortgage a apartment here or not?? im sure yu will be having an eye on real estate in Dubai also...plz advice is it a good time to Mortgage??? or market will go through correction owing to Oil prices slump?
