CMY sb plz advise that, this one canal plot should be kept or be sold because i purchased this plot last year and after all payment,i.e plot price+dealer fees+
cvt+ transfer fee+adv tax etc it cost me 85lac 25 thousands.My Questions are:
1)when possession will be given of this plot as road and other development is complete over there
2)should it be kept for one or 2 years or be sold
3)how much profit can be seen in 1 to 2 years
4)this is facing 10 marla plots on 70 ft road therefore
are there chances that once possession is given in X SECTOR FOR 10 MARLA tho homes construction will be more in ths area as compared to other plots or otherwise
