Is Fazaia Gujrawala good to invest though plots are available on installments.?

All military plus Govt projects are safe from installment plots games/frauds because they dont involve any booking commission or unfair future extra development charges re resale after resale of extra files.
Fazaia Gujrawala is a project to benefit for air force personal. Its 100% authentic genuine safe project from all the games.

I am thinking about it because i can't buy plot on cash but can pay installments |

Price is little on high side but it always is for all installment plots. |

I have heard from some PAF officers that Fazaia Gujranwala is not a PAF project. Private investors/builders have been permitted to use Fazaia name in exchange for provision of a small percentage of plots to PAF employees at rebated rate. Rest they can sell in open market at high price encashing the name/repute of Fazaia. |
