Dear CMY Bhai can you please answer my query this time please. Like many other people on this forum I'm also your die hard fan. I'm holding a possession plot in Statelife phase 1 E block and have no plans to built house there and want to add more savings to buy commercial file in either phase 7 which you don't recommend now or in BT sector E on ground 5 Marla commercial as both are same budget. Do you think I can loose money in any way in future because that's my worst fear since both of these commercials have lost little value since prices year or two before or is it a good plan? Please kindly reply I trust your judgement more than anyone else on this forum.

Awais bhai I dont think you can loose any money in DHA 7 commercial. It still can give you better return than same priced residential plots in DHA.

When I compare DHA7 commercial with DHA9 or DHA town commercial I say DHA7 commercial is not as good as DHA9. And my this recommendation is till ballot day only and recommendation order can be changed after I have map of DHA9 Prism in front of me to show DHA9 4-Marla location is justified for its high price or for the low price less better located DHA7 is worth to be in 2nd spot.


If one have budget DHA9 8-marla commercial should be bought first. If not DHA9 4-Marla commercial should be bought. If still not enough budget its 100% ok to buy DHA7 commercial. A 4-Marla commercial plot is going to return twice the gain you will have in residential plot of DHA6 or DHA7.
