Dear CMY, How do you see such a conspiracy theory concoted by me long after reading your post about procedure of balloting:
May be answer to why why why DHA itself is buying back the files....?

If you connect the strings, it leads to massive public opening for phase 9.
Shortage of land not possible as 1 kanal given for every 4 kanal!!!!

if DHA is buying 1 kanal file @63+19=81...
since the public launch will be installment plots and of course DHA property exchange is there to make profit for themselves,....

it means, DHA is going to launch:

1kanal plot @ 1 crore!!!!
10 M @ 75 lac
5 M @ 50 lac

After three years 100 lac for Kanal is worth in phase 9.Definitely prices will be more than we expect or offered today.

A fair acceptable price range would be as below for 3-5 years installments plan (including development charges) as Phase 9 would get developed in 7,8 years minimum time:
1Kanal plot @ 75-80 lac. 10M @ 55-60 lac. 5M @ 35-40 lac.
Otherwise only small pocket of people would take interest and phase 9 may get flop.
Who would agree with me?

Yes. After three years, price of 1 Crore for 1K in DHA-9 Prism is very feasible.

why people are saying no.... If one has to pay in installments of 3 years, a plot of worth 81 lac will be for 100 lac then....
