On ground plots on the other hand gain or loose price based on ground realities not on emotions. I think market is set for mini correction in coming days. As soon as Phase 9 hype subsides we will see market flooded with new plots of all sizes in phase 9 and ivy green, there is a good chance of price drop to make new investments. @ Habib: I agree with most of your observations. I would love to know your opinion about general market direction in one to two year time and also about the best time to invest in ivy green and phase 9 plots. |
