PCSIR D-4 Block near IEP Town,

Dear All

Can any one provide any information regarding PCSIR D-4 block located inside IEP Town Defence Road Lahore.

This part is still without development and without possession since long????? Is there any litigation?? What about 2-3 years investment here

I did not hear any land dispute the only issue is it is not developed and not ready to set terms with IEP, For access and Lines, As it Belongs to people now many of them might have died. Also initially was sold at very low rates. So issues cant be resolved, Say they impose extra development charges 1 Lac per Merla, one may agree 2nd may not agree third may not have money and 4th may have died and off spring not interested.
There are many examples of societies which acquired the land, but could not successfully develop it. More any society delays more development cost increases and more problems.
On the side Nespak2 site 2 is better society and Many are living there it have many 10 merla Houses but Low quality of development is so so.
Nespak 2 site 1 on Canal was developed very late it took 19 years to give possession and they just imposed 4 Lac per Kanal extra Charges but at least people got it.

@ Saima, when Investor interest is diverted to Phase 9, It is excellent time to buy a possession plot in Phase 7 to make home, I would Prefer You go Budget wise
For 110 to 120 try in R and S Block and W there are about 5 Houses for Constuction. And in N Block Lower Cutting which is parallel to T Block there are about 60 Houses On the left hand there are also about 60 Houses in Adacent Block, ther eis no reason that R Block will not be 160 in One or 2 years
For 100 Go to Q [away from Village] T near Main Bluvard
Z Upper Cutting
For 90 Try Q Block average Plot, U and T with Possession
For 80 Try X, Y,T U Non possesion but on Ground Plots 1st few lines of new cuttings You will still be 1 KM away from BRB
[Though people are asking a bit more but at this time good Bargain is possible
I am sure there re only 50,60 Plots In low price the moment they are sold next asking will be 10 Lac more for each Category.
