Is it good to purchase phase 9 extension after ballot of proper phase 9
For investment upto 5 years . As extension will be in proper phase 9 .

Haji Sb, be careful, that price might be for Affidavit file that is not going to be included in the ballot.
I am an allocation file holder and will not sell even for 65 lacs :)

At 12 pm i call and property dealer told buyers are 65 for kanal , 42 for 10 . 28 for 5 marla hard to find .

@1:30pm the rates are as follows:
1K: 70 Lacs
10M: 45 Lacs
5M: 30 Lacs

Can you guide me , i have a 10M Plot in Phase - 9 DHA.

i have not received the Intimation Letter, my File is Allocation already when i bought 1 year back.

can you guide me will i face any problem in balloting, as i live in karachi, do i have to come to lahore (MUST) for this ??
