I Purchased an Allocation file in the month of November-2014. The DHA transfer office gave me receipt to collect transfer letter after 15 days.
However, I came back in UAE due to limited leaves of my husband.I did not received my transfer letter.
My Question is: Does DHA include my file in balloting? And Should I expect intimation letter at the address I mentioned in registration Form?

Thanks... Any idea how they will contact me? Because in the form I wrote my Address of Pakistan not UAE. |

You need to contact the DHA Office in Phase 6 and ask them to update your information to the UAE address, incase you have no relatives staying in Pakistan. You could also contact the dealer you bought the file from to assist you in this matter. Alternately LRE could be contacted for assistance.Try to do it asap so that you may be updated on the ballot results. This is the bane for all overseas Pakistanis. Wish you good luck. |

The intimation letters will be delivered to given address in pak but even now you can also add the mailing present address. you may write request to dha and post them with current address. you may also attach the copy of your id or other document proving you are the real owner. |
