As last week before ballot started and most of us file holders expected rate @27 lac for 5 marla phase 9 but it was traded at 25 whole day could any one tell reason?

Can someone PLEASE answer I just found out that all files transfer after APRIL 30TH for Phase 9 will NOT be part of Balloting on May 15th. Can anyone confirm???? |

There are chances to get extra ordinary prices after ballot, bcz this is the biggest phase ever of Dha, especially the features which never ever offered in any other Dha phase. Rest Allah Knows better |
