Recognition, Yes. Agree with you but I am wondering if by using the word "Baba" does not make him that he is "Old" now.
I am not getting good vibes from some of his latest postings, that is point of concern.
We should to keep him young and pray for his long and healthy life.

Mujahid Bhai already got the status of "Baba-e-Real Estate", whatever we call him, doesn't matter. |

I also recommend and suggest Mujahid Bhai status as "Baba-e-Real Estate", BABA says with love & respect acknowledging their command about property forecast. |
